2 1/2 cups cold milk
1/3 cup instant coffee
2 pkgs. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) coolwhip, divided
2 (10.75 oz) loaves frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
1 (1 oz.) square semi-sweet chocolate, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In mixing bowl, stir the coffee granules into the milk until dissolved; remove 1 cup and set it aside. Add pudding mixes to the remaining milk mixture; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in half of the coolwhip.
Place 1/3 of the cake cubes in a 4 qt. serving bowl or trifle bowl; pour on 1/3 of the reserved milk mixture, spread on 1/3 of the pudding mixture and 1/4 of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers two more times. Garnish with remaining coolwhip and chocolate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Makes 16-20 servings.
